Client Accounting Manager

Our firm is looking for an experienced individual to manage our outsourced accounting services.

Role Summary:

This individual will be responsible for bookkeeping, assisting with Trust Management, and assisting with preparation of financial information for our firm.

Responsibilities:

  • QuickBooks online bookkeeping (record transactions, reconcile bank accounts, assist with payroll reporting, etc...)

  • Print, scan, fax, and/or email various documents

  • Frequently communicate with clients

  • Prepare reports for client delivery

  • Perform data entry and light administrative duties
     

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
     

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience with general ledger accounting

  • Must be able to demonstrate an understanding of general accounting, the income statement, and the balance sheet

  • Strong QuickBooks skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

  • Good organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in all aspects of reporting and communication
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

  • Ability to handle confidential information (maintains confidentiality)

  • Highschool Diploma
