Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant

Our firm is currently seeking a Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our team!


Role Summary:

Assists with client bookkeeping and firm administrative functions.


  • Client QuickBooks Online bookkeeping (record transactions, reconcile bank accounts, assist with payroll reporting, etc...)

  • Marketing activities (Social Media, Blogging, Etc...)

  • Print, scan and/or send documents and various e-mail communications

  • Prepare reports for client delivery

  • Perform data entry and administrative duties

  • Greet clients

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with bookkeeping and payroll

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative support/secretarial support

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • High school diploma
  • Detail-oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • High level of interpersonal skills

  • Ability to handle confidential information (maintains confidentiality)

  • Efficiency with Microsoft Office

  • Dependability
